Facilities HR - Training schedules all training events, classes, seminars, workshops, safety and compliance training, management and supervisory development classes, courses and plans of study, trades training for job skill enhancement, and continuing education for licensure and many other specialized Facilities Services training needs. Facilities HR - Training coordinates all Educational Assistance and Tuition Waiver requests, and monitors training requests that require travel. Facilities HR - Training oversees the Employee Recognition Program and manages the Recognition website. Facilities HR - Training also manages the Facilities Services Training website and maintains all Facilities Services employee training histories, which includes tracking dates for mandated training for each individual.
